PROFILE
I am a dedicated professional with the drive and knowledge required to succeed in the golf industry. My programs developed for course maintenance are cutting-edge and showcase how effective the course conditioning results can be when managed by a professional who understands science and analytics, as well as having a strong background in business.
In addition, my knowledge in golf course construction and ancillary property feature maintenance round out my role as a complete property manager. But my first desire is always to create a golf course that the membership demands.
In this highly competitive industry, I was rewarded at a young age to be hired by Joe Flaherty, a renown superintendent who hosted 3 US Opens. After leaving Baltusrol, Joe created his own consulting business and began construction at the Hyatt Hills Golf Complex. I worked closely under his tutelage for a decade, learning how to operate a course as a business and consulting endeavor. I have since turned the opportunity into a burgeoning career by taking over Hyatt Hills when he retired and now operating Pinch Brook Golf Course.
With years of on-course experience, leadership and management, along with operating a business, I am a committed turfgrass professional. I enjoy being on the course each day and have a unique skill-set among my peers.
